Superintendent
Luminita Tomulescu, Superintendent
Liminita lives in our community and has served as the superintendent since 2023. Working with Neil, she keeps the community safe through bylaw monitoring and enforcement and maintaining communal areas.

Rene Zamai, President
Rene has served on the board since 2016 and owns several units with his wife, Sylvia. Rene is retired after working 35 years at Canada Revenue Agency as an International Tax Auditor.
Peter Teminski, Vice President
Peter has served on the board since 2015 and is a long-time owner and 20+ year resident of Carlton Carriage Homes. He is a retired Marine Engineer that enjoys travelling and scuba diving.
Alessandro Zamai, Treasurer
Alessandro has served on the board since 2017 and owns and lives in our community with his wife. He maintains the community website and works for TELUS as a Sr. Product Manager.
Janet Jacobsen, Director
Janet has served on the board since 2019 and owns and lives in our community with her husband.
